Yoga for Anxiety and Depression is back! It's restructured, stretched out an dsoooo yummy.
For either one or two Saturday afternoons you're going to invest in yourself. You're going to give yourself time and space to shift. For four hours each Saturday you'll give yourself a break from worry, panic, lethargy, and catastrophizing that can be challenging in the best of times, but especially these days.
You'll soothe your nervous system, work out your tight, tired and/or stressed body, learn some new tools to nourish your brain and shift it's chemistry when you're feeling angry, sad, overwhelmed, edgy, irritated or exhausted. You do not need to be well versed in yoga or have a diagnosis to benefit from this healing healing workshop.
When you sign up, I will send you the Zoom ID and password. Then you just show up at least 5 minutes before we start to get settled in.
Our purpose? To consistently relax into Wise Mind, the place where experiences are neither good nor bad, but challenge us as we navigate our lives.

You'll meet other like-minded people, connecting and creating community.
Additionally, there will be worksheets, discussion and breaks, to help us develop a personal practice to support our own well-being and develop resilience.
An expansion on what you learned in Part 1. We'll review the tools and skills and discuss practical ways to use them day-to-day, sharing experiences and reflections from our week apart. You'll have more time and space for yourself. You'll practice yoga, breath work, meditation and journal. We'll take lots of breaks and you'll have time to process.
You'll go deeper and learn more poses and practices to put in your tool box. In the future, you'll be able to pull them out at anytime life is feeling uncomfortable, heavy or hard.
It's most helpful if you take Part 1 first, but it's certainly not required. You will get a great practice and time to reflect, breathe and discuss concepts from Dialectical Behavior Therapy with the introduction in Part 1.
I offer this workshop twice a year, so you don't have to stress about taking both sessions right now. If you really want to immerse yourself, the place for more intense learning and healing, you get a discount for taking both sessions together. Scroll to the next section to choose this option.

As we age our health needs shift. This gentle practice teaches you how to adjust movements to accommodate changing health needs, including menopause. You'll learn a few things that you can do in a chair and anyone needing a chair for the whole practice is welcome.
This gentle class introduces you to movements that will increase mobility, soothing joints and strengthening muscles that support them. You'll learn breath work that quiets the mind and increases circulation.
