In this Saturday workshop, you'll relax into the ease of weekend vibes with easy-breezy movements to help you increase mobility, flexibility and alignment.

You'll leave feeling ease in the creaky-cranky places that will continue to open and release after the workshop. You'll learn how to take the series into your everyday life, practicing at your desk, in line at the grocery store, when you wake up and before you go to bed or anytime you'd like. You'll also get some big opening and deep relaxation when we mix it up with a few simple restorative poses to help you release and stretch.
Based in yoga and developed by yoga therapist Mukunda Stiles, Joint Freeing Series is a way to find structural integrity to allow you physical freedom. You'll learn to ease your pain and keep your joints healthy.

Fabulous Fifty and Older
As we age our health needs shift. This gentle practice teaches you how to adjust movements to accommodate changing health needs, including menopause. Perfect for anyone that wants to go a little slower, while still challenging you body, mind and spirit. You'll learn a few things that you can do in a chair and anyone needing a chair for the whole practice is welcome.
This gentle class introduces you to movements that will increase mobility, soothing joints and strengthening muscles that support them. You'll learn breath work that quiets the mind and increases circulation. Do you want to increase your activity level while mobility and activity level, not limited to seniors we will do most of the poses sitting in chair or standing with support.
Feeling your scoliosis, arthritis or disc issue? This two hour practice invites you to connect with your pain and discomfort. You may have scoliosis, arthritis, disc issues or maybe you don't know why your back keeps talking to you. Join us to work out the creaky cranky places and maybe connect with the why of your back issue.
You'll learn about the physiology of the spine and the musculature that supports it and is integral to keeping your back healthy. I'll teach poses and movements that will be easy for you to practice on your own.

Our first Yoga for Anxiety and Depression retreat! This is our opportunity to sink deeply into ourselves. Yoga is movement that brings us deep within, to our quiet center. Senior yogi, Erich Schiffman calls it moving into stillness.
With the concept of moving into stillness, we're going to relax into ourselves, quieting our busy brains, connecting with our heart center and learning new ways to manage our lives. You do not need to have a anxiety or depression diagnosis to benefit or to join us. The practices and information are helpful for everyone.
