A soothing, educational, online workshop for those of us who need a break from worry, panic, lethargy, and catastrophizing that can challenge us. You do not need to be well versed in yoga or have a diagnosis to benefit from this healing workshop.
You'll join me online for an entire, spacious half-day to soothe your nervous systems, work out your tight, tired and/or stressed bodies, learn some new tools to nourish your brain and shift it's chemistry when you're feeling angry, sad, overwhelmed, edgy, irritated or exhausted. When you sign up, I will send you the Zoom ID and password. Then you just show up at least 5 minutes before we start to get settled in.

This gentle class introduces you to movements that will increase mobility, soothing joints and strengthening muscles that support them.
